This unique blend evolves with each harvest as our Master Miller blends a well balanced oil from olives hand picked from local trees. This years Miller’s Blend is a blend of Koroneiki, Mission, Frantoio and a small amount of Arbequina olive oils so you have varieties originating from Greece, Italy, Spain and the United States, respectively. This unique blend has a bold flavor with a balanced bitterness and medium peppery finish with tasting notes of artichokes, almonds, and green tomatoes. Best used for bold flavors such as grilled or roasted meats, tomato dishes, and as a finishing oil. For finishing; drizzle on soups, roasted vegetables, and pastas to add a healthy addition of flavor.
